With approximately 1,200 square feet, this spacious condo is a great choice for your and your friends/family.
Start your day on the large private lanai, sipping freshly brewed Kona coffee right on the ocean. Unwind after a day in paradise with a beverage of choice in hand as you watch the sun sink into the pacific ocean right in front of you.
Both bedrooms have King sized beds, with hotel quality white cotton sheets.
Both bathrooms have walk-in tiled showers with on-demand hot water.
The living room features a large 75″ Samsung Smart TV with cable channels available through Spectrum, as well as access any of your streaming services. A Roku device is available as well.
The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking supplies and ingredients, and equipped with modern appliances including a freezer with an ice maker.
A Washer/Dryer with laundry supplies are available in the unit.
Beach towels/Pool towels, and beach chairs are provided for your use.
The condo has central air conditioning.
The condo is part of an intimate 15 unit boutique condo complex. Guests will have full access to our common areas, which are shared with residents and other guests. This includes the oceanfront pool, charcoal barbecue (utensils provided in the unit), and a small sandy beach.
The unit is located on the top floor (3rd floor). The building does have an elevator, though 5 steps are required to get to the elevator from the parking lot. You will have a reserved covered parking spot, located close to the building entrance.
The second bedroom can get road noise from Ali’i Drive. Noise dampening curtains are installed and a white noise machine is available to use as well.
The unit itself is recently updated, but the condo building is older (1979) and the age does show in some of the common areas, such as the elevator.
